Tapping, formally called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), is a mind-body approach to healing and personal growth. It is a fresh application of the science of acupuncture used for balancing and clearing pathways for the subtle energy flowing through our bodies.

Tapping is simple, flexible, and surprisingly powerful. The basic process consists of using your fingertips to tap on acupuncture points while focusing on a specific emotional or physical concern or on a thought pattern that you would like to shift. This gentle approach stimulates healing on many levels, leading first to a reduction in physical pain or an emotional concern and then to a bubbling up of joy from deep within.
